Family member needed a car urgently, found ideal car on Autotrader from Good Motors one evening, sent email enquiry and had a fast reply. Rang and spoke to them next morning, paid deposit at lunchtime and collected next day. Car exactly as expected, drove 250 miles home all A OK. Good communication, clear honest descriptions, helpful and friendly team. Plus paid a very fair price for car from a motor trader.

Pleasantly surprised with Good Motors! Stumbled across this gem online whilst looking for a new vehicle so decided to go and take a look. It has a wide range of vehicles to look at all looked after and maintained well. Staff are friendly and helpful but with no pressure to buy. I was given the keys to the car I was interested in and freedom to examine and test drive up and down the road along side the dealership for as long as I needed. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and could have driven it away that day but as I wanted to sort out insurance etc..I collected it the next day instead. I can't fault the service and overall l found the business to be professional, informative, friendly and established. I would certainly recommend Good Motors to anyone.

Excellent customer service, nothing was too much to ask. I was looked after with professionalism, courtesy and efficiency and overall was very pleased with the experience.

I already had car finance and due to family I now require a 7 seater. Other companies tried to offer me vehicles I didn't want, as I am very precise with regards to my needs.

Good Motors looked after me throughout, and I travelled from Durham to purchase my new vehicle, as I believe stellar service is worth travelling for.

I first spoke to Nick upon initial enquiry, who kept on contact with me nearly every day as we worked together to process the finance changeover. There was a slight delay from the finance company itself, but Nick and the others worked hard to satisfy my needs and manage my expectations.

I purchased my amazing Audi Q7 S Line yesterday, and am extremely delighted with it. It looks even better than the photos!

During my visit, I dealt with Chris and Fry who were pleasant and professional. I can't thank you guys enough, and you are a credit to the company.

I sincerely hope to continue doing business with you in the years to come and would highly recommend to all my friends and family.
